How do I unblock my PhonePe account?
To unblock your PhonePe account, you must raise a ticket with us. To do so,
- Tap here.
- Enter your PhonePe registered mobile number, and tap Next.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number.
- Tap Unable to use PhonePe.
- Tap Account is blocked.
- Enter the details of the issue you’re facing, and tap Send.
Note: Once you submit the relevant documents for verification and raise a ticket with us, you will receive a response anytime within 5 days.
