What documents will I need to submit for verification to unblock my account?

To ensure the security of your PhonePe account, you may need to submit a few documents to successfully unblock your account.

Some of the documents that you need to submit when raising a ticket are: 

• Your government ID such as PAN card or Driver’s License (except Aadhaar)
• A copy of the front page of your bank passbook containing your bank account number and IFSC code
• Any other documents, if required
