If you have any order/refund-related queries with the travel apps that are not currently present on PhonePe, please contact the customer support team of your Travel Partner.
To contact your Travel Partner about your booking,
- Download their app and log in with your PhonePe registered mobile number. You may also visit their website and sign in with the same number.
- Check the Bookings/History/Trips page on their website.
- Raise an issue about your refund or cancellation with your Booking ID.
Note: You can find the Booking ID under View Details under your transaction details in the History section of your PhonePe app.
