With a view of providing the best travel booking experience for our customers, we have streamlined the availability of flight, train, and bus booking apps on PhonePe. We have now partnered with some of India’s largest travel aggregators to provide you with the best offers, prices, and services for all your travel needs. You can check the Trains, Flights, or Bus sections under Switch to book your travel. In case you have already made a booking through PhonePe, but do not see the app anymore, you may directly visit their website/app.

I have an order or refund-related issue with an app that I’m no longer able to see on PhonePe.

If you have any order/refund-related queries with the travel apps that are not currently present on PhonePe, please contact the customer support team of your Travel Partner.

To contact your Travel Partner about your booking,

  1. Download their app and log in with your PhonePe registered mobile number. You may also visit their website and sign in with the same number.
  2. Check the Bookings/History/Trips page on their website.
  3. Raise an issue about your refund or cancellation with your Booking ID.

Note: You can find the Booking ID under View Details under your transaction details in the History section of your PhonePe app.

I want to cancel an existing booking that I made on PhonePe.

To cancel an existing booking,

  1. Download the app on which you made the booking on PhonePe and log in with your PhonePe registered mobile number. You may also visit their website and sign in with the same number.
  2. Check the Bookings/History/Trips page on their website.
  3. Raise an issue about cancellation with your Booking ID.
