How do I get an invoice for my bill payment?

To get an invoice for your bill payment, you must log in to the service provider, biller, or operator’s website, or you can contact their customer support team and share the transaction reference ID. 

Please note that you will receive a payment receipt to your registered email address (if verified) for all bill payments you make on PhonePe. If you have not verified your email address, you can do so as follows:

  1. Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen. 
  2. Tap Verify Email.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to the email address you’ve registered with us, and tap Confirm in the pop-up.
