How do I redeem a linked PhonePe Gift Card?

Once you have linked your PhonePe Gift Card, it will be auto-selected as the payment mode while you are making a payment. It will be displayed as wallets/gift vouchers balance. 

You can choose not to use the gift card balance for the transaction by tapping View Details on the payment screen, and selecting the desired payment mode.

Important: Selecting PhonePe Gift Card as a payment mode will use the total available gift card balance upto the maximum necessary for the transaction. Hence, you wouldn't be able to choose to use a specific amount of the balance.

Note: Using PhonePe Gift Card balance is not allowed for transactions where using a prepaid method is forbidden by policy. For example, Wallet Top-up, purchasing another PhonePe Gift Card, and so on.
