What if I am unable to link my PhonePe Gift Card?

You may be unable to link your PhonePe Gift card due to any one of the following reasons:

• The Gift card number & PIN entered could be incorrect. Check and try again.
• The Gift card could have expired. Check the T&C in the Validity section of Gift card.
• If the Gift card has been shared with a friend, check if your friend has linked the gift card with his PhonePe account.
