Here’s how you can safely receive your gold delivery:

Note: If you face any issues with your gold delivery, please raise a ticket with us within 10 days from from the date the gold coin or bar is delivered and we will assist you with this. To do so, 

  1. Tap History on the PhonePe app home screen.
  2. Select the relevant gold purchase.
  3. Tap Contact PhonePe Support.
