How to safely receive my gold delivery? 

Here’s how you can safely receive your gold delivery:

• Do not accept the package from the delivery partner if the seal is broken or the package has been tampered with.
• Do not share the OTP on call with the delivery partner. You should share the OTP only when you receive the package.

Note: If you face any issues with your gold delivery, please raise a ticket with us within 10 days from from the date the gold coin or bar is delivered and we will assist you with this. To do so, 

1. Tap History on the PhonePe app home screen.
2. Select the relevant gold purchase.
3. Tap Contact PhonePe Support.
