What if I have an issue with the gold coin or bar that has been delivered?

If you’ve received a gold coin or bar that is different from the one you bought on PhonePe, or are unhappy with the product quality, please tap the button below to create a ticket for the relevant gold purchase within 10 days from the date the gold coin or bar is delivered and share screenshots of the product and package. After you create a ticket, we will raise this with the gold provider you purchased the gold from and share an update with you. 

Important: Please don’t accept the gold delivery package if you see that it’s been tampered with.
