What if my gold coin or bar cannot be delivered to my address?

Our delivery partners currently deliver at 19,000 pincodes across India. If the gold coin or bar you purchased on PhonePe cannot be delivered to your address for any reason, you can choose to get it delivered at an alternate pincode, store it, or sell it. Alternatively, you can keep checking your PhonePe app regularly to see if your pincode is serviceable.

Important: Please don’t accept the gold delivery package if you see that it’s been tampered with.
