What is the gold delivery process?

After you place a gold delivery request on PhonePe:

• An order request is placed with the gold provider 
• After this order request is accepted, your gold coin or bar is packed for delivery in highly secure warehouses
• Your gold coin or bar is dispatched to your address 
• Your gold coin or bar is delivered to your address 
  Note: The delivery of your gold coin or bar is insured by the gold provider

Important: Please don’t accept the gold delivery package if you see that it’s been tampered with.
