What if my gold sell request is pending?

Selling the gold you’ve purchased on PhonePe is quick and instant. However, sometimes, due to technical issues at the bank’s end, it may take upto 48 hours for your gold sell request to be processed. 

In such scenarios, please wait until the final status of your gold sell request has been updated. You can view the status in the History section of your PhonePe app. 

Important: You may also be required to change your primary linked bank account on PhonePe, if suggested in the History section, for the gold sell request to be completed successfully.
