Can I upgrade from Disney+ Hotstar VIP to the Disney+ Hotstar Premium Annual by paying the difference?

Absolutely, you can upgrade from Disney+ Hotstar VIP to Disney+ Hotstar Premium Annual subscription. Unfortunately, PhonePe doesn't support upgrades on Disney+ Hotstar subscriptions at the moment.
