My DTH recharge failed. When will I receive the refund?

If your DTH recharge on PhonePe fails, your payment amount will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 days for UPI payments, 7 to 9 days for card payments, and 24 hours for payments made through wallets or gift cards. 

Important: If you have received any cashback for the DTH recharge, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
