Why is my DTH recharge pending?

Usually, DTH recharges on PhonePe are completed instantly. In rare cases, however, your DTH recharge may take time due to technical difficulties. In these cases, it means that we are waiting for a payment confirmation from your DTH provider. 

We recommend that you wait for a few hours and check the final status of this recharge in the History section of your PhonePe app.
