What is an operator reference ID and how do I use it?

An Operator Reference ID is a unique reference ID that you need to share with your operator to check details of your recharge. You will also need this ID to raise any issue about the recharge with the operator.

To find the operator ID, go to the History section on the PhonePe home screen and select the relevant recharge.
