What if my NCMC recharge payment is pending? 

If your NCMC recharge payment is pending, it means that we’re awaiting a payment confirmation from your service provider. Generally, service providers may take upto 48 hours to share an update with us. You can check the History section of your PhonePe app after 48 hours for a final status.

If your recharge is successful, the service provider will update the status on their portal within 2 to 3 days from the date of successful payment. If the recharge fails for any reason, the entire amount will be refunded to you.
