How do I make payments towards apartments and societies on PhonePe?

To make payments towards listed apartments and societies on PhonePe:

1. Tap See All under the Recharge and Pay Bills section on the PhonePe app home screen.
2. Tap Apartments under the More Services section.
3. Choose your state and city and select your apartment/society name from the displayed list, and enter details such as flat number, wing, block, etc.
4. Select the utility type (maintenance/parking fee) enter the relevant details and tap Confirm.
5. Select your preferred payment mode and tap Pay Bill to complete the payment.
   Note: PhonePe may charge you a small fee (inclusive of GST) for payments made towards apartments and societies on our platform to improve and deliver a seamless experience. This is a fee for using this platform regardless of the payment instrument used.
