How do I get an invoice for a cable TV bill payment?

To get an invoice for your cable TV bill payment, you must log in to the service provider’s website, or you can contact the service provider’s customer support team and share the transaction reference ID. 

Please note that you will receive a payment receipt to your registered email address (if verified) for all bill payments you make on PhonePe. If you have not verified your email address, you can do so as follows:

  1. Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen. 
  2. Tap Verify Email.
  3. Enter the verification code sent to the email address you’ve registered with us, and tap Confirm in the pop-up.
