What if my money is deducted but my cable TV bill payment has failed? 

Sometimes, cable TV bill payments fail due to technical issues at the service provider’s end. We suggest that you try again in some time. 

If your money is deducted for a failed bill payment, the entire amount will be refunded to you. For payments made through, 

• Wallet - refund within 24 hours
• UPI - refund within 3 to 5 days
• Debit or Credit Cards - refund within 7 to 9 days
• PhonePe Gift Card - refund within 24 hours
