How do I get an invoice for my electricity bill payment?
To get an invoice for your electricity bill payment, log in to your electricity provider’s website, or contact their customer support team and share the Transaction Reference ID for the payment.
You will receive the payment receipt on your registered email address (if verified) for all bill payments you make on PhonePe. If you have not verified your email address, you can do so as follows:
- Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.
- Tap Verify Email.
- Enter the verification code sent to the email address you’ve registered with us, and tap Confirm in the pop-up.
