What if I am unable to link my PhonePe Gift Card?

You may be unable to link your PhonePe Gift card due to any one of the following reasons:

• The gift card number and PIN entered could be incorrect. Check and try again.
• The gift card could have expired. Check the T&Cs in the Validity section of the Gift card.
• If the gift card has been shared with a friend, check if your friend has linked the gift card with their PhonePe account.
