What if I am unable to set up my wallet auto top-up?
You may be unable to set up your wallet auto top-up due to any one of the below reasons:
- Your bank doesn’t allow you to set up automatic payments using UPI.
Note: We will be onboarding more banks soon. - You’ve entered an amount that is higher than our maximum auto top-up limit of ₹5,000. Please try with a lower amount.
- You’ve not selected UPI as the preferred payment mode.
- You’ve reached the monthly wallet top-up limit set as per RBI’s regulations. Please try again next month.
- You’ve reached the wallet balance limit set as per RBI’s regulations. In this case, you would have to use your wallet balance for a few payments before trying to set up the auto top-up.
Note: Note: If you were able to see the wallet auto top-up set-up screen earlier and are not able to see it now, please clear your PhonePe app and storage cache and try again.
