How do reversals/refunds work?

Refunds/reversals are always sent back to the original payment source from which the amount was debited. 

In case you made a payment using a combination of multiple payment modes and a reversal is initiated later, the respective amounts will be refunded to the different sources of payment.

Example: If the total payment amount = ₹1,000, and the sources of payment are as follows:

• UPI = ₹700
• PhonePe Wallet = ₹200
• Airtel Money wallet = ₹100

Then the total amount will be refunded to the above sources respectively.
