What if I’m not able to use my wallet balance for payments?
You can use your PhonePe Wallet for recharges, bill payments, or payments at shops/stores. You will see PhonePe Wallet as a payment mode for payments only if,
- Wallet is enabled by the merchant
- The merchant has a PhonePe QR
- The merchant has been enrolled on PhonePe
If the merchant you are trying to make a payment to does not accept wallet payments, the option will be unavailable.
Important: If your wallet balance is lower than the payment amount, you can combine your wallet balance with another mode of payment to complete the payment.
