Changing or deleting details in my PhonePe account

How do I change my PhonePe mobile number?

You cannot change the mobile number with which you have registered on PhonePe. If you wish to register on PhonePe with a different number, you must delete your existing PhonePe account, and create a new account with the other number.

How do I unlink my bank account on PhonePe?

To unlink your bank account,

  1. Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.
  2. Tap Bank accounts under the Payment Methods
  3. Select the bank account.
  4. Tap Unlink Bank Account at the bottom of the screen.

How do I remove my saved card details?

If you wish to remove card details of a card that you have saved,

  1. Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.
  2. Tap Debit & Credit Cards under Payment Methods section. 
  3. Select the card and tap Remove Card.

How do I change my UPI IDs on PhonePe?

You do not have the option to change or customise your UPI IDs on PhonePe, once created.

Can I delete all my payment details on PhonePe?

As per RBI's guidelines, users of any payment app cannot be allowed to delete their payment details from the app.
