Changing or deleting details in my PhonePe account

How do I change my PhonePe mobile number?

You cannot change the mobile number with which you have registered on PhonePe. If you wish to register on PhonePe with a different number, you must delete your existing PhonePe account, and create a new account with the new number.

How do I unlink my bank account on PhonePe?

To unlink your bank account,

  1. Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.
  2. Select the bank account under the Payment Methods section by scrolling to your right. You can also tap View all Payment Methods to view the bank accounts you’ve linked on PhonePe.
  3. Tap Unlink Bank Account

How do I remove my saved card details?

If you wish to remove any existing card details that you have saved, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.
  2. Tap View All Payment Methods under Payment Methods. 
  3. Select the debit / credit card and tap Unlink Card.

How do I change my UPI IDs on PhonePe?

You do not have the option to change or customise your UPI IDs on PhonePe, once created.

How do I delete my transaction history details on PhonePe?

As per RBI guidelines, PhonePe users will not be allowed to delete any transaction history details from the app. Please be sure that we treat these details as confidential and do not share them with any third-parties.
