Why is my PhonePe Wallet inactive?
As per RBI regulations, your PhonePe Wallet will be made inactive if you’ve not used your wallet within the last 12 months for any of the following:
- Adding money (top-up) to your wallet
- Paying for merchant transactions using the withdrawable wallet balance
- Withdrawing the withdrawable wallet balance
- Completing min-KYC
You can reactivate your inactive PhonePe Wallet by completing an OTP verification on the Topup Wallet screen.
